This is a collection of short stories, flash fiction, poems, and whatnot. Some may have touches of humor, others not so much, while others speak the truth. I will cover many grounds, each with a taste for a new world and premise.

The father of a young man becomes desperate when his son ends up in a life-threatening situation

Men are like flowers. They are bound to grow. However, not all seeds spring at the same time. Some lie dormant in the ground for another long and cold winter. A tale about the prince who never matured.

How can we be sure we're making the right choice in who we love? What do we do with the doubts we feel? This is what Paul is facing, and suddenly, it all becomes too much. Walking away seems the right path to take, but, he doesn't want to hurt Chris... he really doesn't....

Carl Waite goes out for his morning walk in the park, and along the way he passes an old man sitting on a park bench. Since the man looks sad and appears down in the dumps, Carl wishes him Merry Christmas. The old man, who we later learn is Bob Swartz, responds, “What is there to be merry about?” Carl immediately stops so he can find out why the man reacted this way.

Cody and Damian, blessed with an untimely history, meet again on New Year's Eve. Will this be the final time?

Even in a post-apocalyptic world, life must go on. Mustn't it?
