 I did read Telltale Heart for fun once, and there was the Simpsons adaptation of The Raven. 

Never have I ever read past book five of any high concept Sci-fi, (except for the Expanse). Eventually these high concept guys start wandering too far up their own black hole.

It depends on what is called high concept science fiction.  Maybe.

Never have I ever real any of the more than 180 "Doc Savage" books.

I'm thinking Asimov, Herbert, Clarke.

I liked "The Ladykillers" with Tom Hanks better than with the original with Alec Guinness, though I seem to be alone in that.

Never have I ever camped outside for a movie premiere. Book, yes. Grand opening giveaways, yes.
