For some reason, tim asked me to drop in and let you know that it's:

I'd recommend enjoying polar bears from afar, and do not attempt to swim with them as one woman did at a zoo in Germany. Thankfully, the bears were not punished for attacking her (prey). They managed to haul her out alive.

Even zookeepers don't go into the polar bear enclosure when the bears are out. Insane.

Have a good week.

Yes. The way of boys is so mysterious.

Exactly. They did what they do, hunted down the prey in their pool.  Time to stop punishing animals for human stupidity.

There’s a guy in B.C. whose fence was regularly getting smashed in one section as it was in the way of a pre established (by the bears, that is) pathway, though it was never explained where his yard led them to.

Anyway, the man eventually clued in this wasn’t going to stop, so he made a heavy-weighted (re bear only use) swinging door in the fence, so the bears could travel freely, and he wouldn’t have to keep fixing the fence. He even put a “Bear-crossing” sign on the door.

Nice of the man to do that rather than putting up an impenetrable fence.

That's wonderful!

Thank you, Reader. The hurricanes were both bad, and still living in a hotel while the storm recovery is completed at the house, but life goes on and "Do what you must to survive."

I believe you will do just that, B.

Take care, my friend.
