Hi all,  

It's hot here, not a cloud in the sky and 31°C. I've been poaching pears in syrup all afternoon and I'll be preserving them next. The front lawn pears aren't really good for eating raw, they're dry and hard. We used to make compote for mom's kids with them.

G'day y'all. It's mostly overcast and we have a high layer of smoke from the western fires. At midday the temp has reached 70/21° and is slightly more humid than the past few days making it feel a bit damp. Expecting a front to pass through late day and bring a return to cooler drier weather. I've been feeling out of sorts this week. Headachy, lethargic and my blood pressure has been running high. I blamed it on the after effects of the Ajovy injections but this is lasting longer than I expected. I'm going to pay particular attention to my diet. I've gained back some of the weight I lost and need to more cognizant of how much sodium I've been consuming. Less sweets and potato chips to start.

It's a beautiful fall day here.  Upper 60s and a mix of sun and clouds.  I met an old college friend for lunch, and she brought me five boxes of her old therapy materials.  She doesn't need them anymore since she retired.  It was great catching up, since I haven't seen her in ages.  I had apple butternut squash soup, a salad with Parmesan peppercorn dressing, and crab stuffed haddock.  *burp*

Looks delicious. Morgan stopped at McDonald's after leaving work. I'm not complaining. My feet are too sore after the first day at work in 4.5 months.

I would send him, bro, but he's kind of busy at the moment.   As soon as I saw this guy, I thought of Boone. He's pretty much how I pictured him, except for the tee shirt. Boone was never on a Lacrosse team.   The next chapter posts Monday... and we have many months of Mondays ahead of us.
