Hi. We've one more type to bake tomorrow. I call them "junk" cookies but their actually called Jubilee Jumbles. It's the batch that would put the last odds and ends in. Last year we used dried cranberries, orange and pecans. This year we have leftover shredded coconut, orange zest, pineapple and pecans. The basic recipe is a soft buttermilk sugar cookie.

Sounds delicious   I made low carb peanut butter fudge yesterday.  I'm going to try my hand at some low carb cookies this year.

I've never taken Cookie to a beach, but she'll frolic anywhere. We have snow on the ground, but it's not that cold out.
