Good for you!  I am finally after three years out of teaching starting to have normal dreams not related to teaching.  I had forgotten that it is almost the start of a new school year!

Hola big bro!  Yeah, Drew started it by referencing a conversation we'd been having pretty much about the BLs I referenced in the messages, and how the traditional (and I freaking HATE saying this) "bottom" characters in some of these BLs all had the same super whiny tone when talking to their boyfriends and constantly whining their names. And naturally the entire conversation got carried over to here.

It's raining with 14°C here at 9am... and we'll have rain for most of the rest of the week and the next one... I was right, you've stolen my heat  weather thief!

That was someone else's idea and I'm more than happy for them to take the lead. There will be four leaseholder associations in total which will have a better impact if we sue and hopefully, more clout in negotiations with an alternative management company. 😀

Hey @raven1.  Unfortunately, we are seeing a lot of people sick with the 'rona.  Good news is we have a new vaccine coming out that targets the strain that I seem to be prone to catching.
