I just got an update from Terry. Physically, he's fine, but has been struggling to cope with the passing of several friends, both online and at home in Thailand and the U.S.

His mental health is recovering, however, and he hopes to be back among friends on Gay Authors soon.

I have sad and happy news.

Terry has been suffering from depression which is why he has not been around. I only wish I could be there for him Craigs death has injured us all. With tear in my eyes, I know his pain.

He says he is doing better, and I am sure this is true.

First, I've never used a single nuke against anyone or anything.

Regarding poems from above, I really like them. But not as standalone things for me. I seem to be able to fit the voices (real voices) in my head into such a form. Doing it as an homage to a work I like? Sure!

It looks like this in my head:

But I do like to intersperse some poems in my writing, just to… mystically foreshadow things that are going to happen. It's a very blunt device, and I deserve no praise for it. But I fear people are not reading them properly. They basically reveal it all and prove I actually do have a coherent plot that is working towards an end. 😂

I love poetry... I love writing it and reading it. I have four collections on GA, some very personal, and some just needing to get out. There is a kind of poetry that annoys me, the obtuse kind that makes me feel talked down to, yet I still applaud the effort of those. Poetry is an amazing release for me, and I have many poems that are written but not posted... too too personal. 

I wrote and posted a couple of poems about characters in "Cards on the Table", but they were not included in the story.
