We still have some salad greens and mandarin oranges, so I think I'll make a citrus salad to go with the quiche for tonight's dinner.

Had an awesome walk in the woods with Cookie. Didn't see any sign of wildlife, but I could smell spring. I lost a big tree this winter. It's still sort of standing, but it's leaning and some of the roots have popped. Kind of like me.

That reminds me to put the lightening tree on my autumn walk list… assuming autumn ever arrives

it used to be a very tall tree but it got hit by lightening and split in two. Both halves fell over but the tree/s kept growing
