Ground floor with a nice terasse. Not really big but will suffice. Italian shower, open kitchen with lot of cabinet. 2 parking spots underground. Green and calm location. 3 doors with badge security before accessing the appartement 1 5

Is that part of the amenities or do you need to pay for that separately like utilities? 6
