I remember the "PsyCorps" from Babylon 5- all creepy, mysterious and intriguing. I wish that B5 would had done more with them in their story arch.

 

Walter Koenig as Vester was a guy everybody loved to hate. I was always hoping the Vorlons would eat him but he would have probably given them gas. :wacko:
