The weather has made a dramatic turn. Rather than the extreme heat of a few days ago it slightly cooler than normal. Current temp is 78/25° with a forecast high of 80/26° and no appreciable heat index.

Same here. Last evening I sat outside and enjoyed a cool breeze. It's really comfortable this afternoon, but there is a air quality warning because of wildfire smoke from the north.

Sorry about the smoke but glad you could sit comfortably outdoors. For me the change triggered a migraine.

I got busy this afternoon and took down four more sections of old fence. It was behind my apple trees in the side yard, and now I can mow around them. I was unsure, but now I'm glad I did it. My son says it looks much better.
