First and last month's rent?Security deposit?Not that Seamus is worried about Matt taking off but he doesn't need a security deposit even if by some tiny chance there's an issue well Seamus knows where to find him HE WORKS FOR HIM🙄.Matt should figure out that Seamus made this offer because he loves Aidan and that Seamus is into him it's like Matt feels he's not worthy of Seamus when in reality there's a lot to admire about Matt When Seamus talked about $400 rent and his reasoning behind it I was reminded of my situation where I rent rooms to two friends and I could get double maybe even triple of what I charge but it isn't about that for me so I get what Seamus is talking about.Maybe Seamus should have put a condition on the $400 dollar rent that being Matt had to pick up his towels. BTW $850 for a one bedroom I don't know if it was mentioned where they live but in California where I live that would be a super bargain if you can believe that.

I agree with what @drsawzall wrote that James family is in cahoots with the government maybe even part of the government. The timing of these men getting Casper comes shortly after James grandma had her encounter with the birds it was as if she tipped them off about the birds although after what these birds did it's hard for the authorities not to take notice

Cole being 17 and Ike being 14 would get a few comments around school that would happen if it was a boy and a girl. If they were a little younger maybe it's a problem but at this stage I don't know what the big deal is.In a few states if some one over 18 is with someone under 18 if there is less then a 4 year difference in age it's not illegal conversely I remember reading a sex offender registry from another state where the "offender" was 19 and the "victim" 17 now THAT"S ridiculous. You tend to forget although Philip has some fun with some cute boys he really does miss Javier there's a hole that needs to filled .......I mean emotional hole pervs LOL

I have to wonder if some of what Seamus did at The Purple Canary was intentional.Earlier In the chapter Seamus said he fell in love it seems like Matt thought he was referring to Aidan I think Seamus was referring to both Matt and Aidan.Matt can be a little slow in this department I was slightly confused at a conversation where they said Adam looks like he's from Miami Vice then Matt cracked a joke about that then it said Jase flipped him off was there a mistake there? Or did I miss something? While I like Matt and Seamus My opinion of them when way up when we learned they liked NCIS.And Matt is right about Gibbs LOL

I think James is going to know his Grandmother is something out of the ordinary after witnessing that.Why is she being so secretive?She must know there is a possibility James discovered his powers I'm sure they know of a way to ask about it.The power Tsuru showed might be what Casper will be able to do.That made me think another thing Casper has been over James house couldn't Peter sense something about Casper? The time period and it being a small town would explain how Scott didn't know much.Yes he said he said he was naive but in most public schools kids start to joke about that and say negative things about people doing that but Scott seemed unaware that it was taboo he wasn't against doing it.That tells me his peers who was his age didn't talk about it .In that small setting I guess it wasn't until you were Larry's age that you knew this stuff. Does the train stop at places for people to get up and stretch their legs outside etc. like a bus trip does? Just making sure readers see the 5 stars next to this when they look for a story to read .What I said in other reviews of this author's stories applies here.I will add one thing the title of the story was simple but also spot on.The place wasn't just a nice house it was a home in every sense of the word not just for the immediate family members there were three people living there not related by blood but were brothers uncles and grandpa to everybody there that they never left tells you a lot about that place.We should all be so lucky.
