It is worrisome that Heinrich is in a good mood.I suspect his judgment with Rita is clouded because he envisions Rick being there with her when the project gets finished.If it wasn't for senior desire to hook Rita and Rick up he may be able to judge Rita's project with a more skeptical eye. I don't remember Rick saying anything to Jared about keeping the trip to the music festival a secret so I'm worried Jerry might have a conversation with Jared about his time with Marta.Jared could unintentionally spill the beans and Jerry will know Rick was lying about what they were doing Saturday.Then that could lead to Jerry wondering about things.Maybe Rick should come clean to Jerry I think Jerry would be supportive

Kevin is certainly into Sarah but he seems to have some feelings for Dexter.Maybe you can argue Kevin is going after Sarah because he wants to be straight he just hasn't said that to himself yet.Maybe he will finally get with Sarah and realize he likes doing it with Dexter more.No more speculating it's not my story it's Arch's LOL Whatever Torry has planned I hope he doesn't resort to blackmail now that Dexter and Kevin done the deed.Remember Kevin never looked in Torry's direction so Torry may have recorded them with his phone

Okay for what it's worth here is another one of my weird guesses as to what's going to happen.I think Duccius has been trying to stay in touch with Lucinius but Appias has been intercepting the letters and not letting Lucinius know about them.If I'm wrong what else is new? If I happen to be right I don't mean this to be a spoiler

I wonder if Appias knew about the foundation.I bet he didn't not that it matters.But it may show that Appias also underestimates what Lucinius is capable of.

Don't forget Grandfather Lucius also

I bet Lucinius is smart enough to figure out a way to make the land profitable.I don't claim to speak for anybody but I'm guessing some readers here might think some sparks might happen between Lucinius and Aumen and that's not unreasonable it might happen.But even if it doesn't happen I could see Aumen staying around as a very loyal friend

Up until now I wasn't too judgmental on Torry. As a high school kid I might have done something if it meant seeing a hot guy naked I didn't but if I could I might have.But what Torry is asking now is not cool I might propose me doing it to him but I would not ask someone to do what Torry is asking.The only thing that would make this OK with me is Torry is damn sure Kevin is gay or bi otherwise I think this sucks(pun intended) If Dexter stopped playing Fortnite because Kevin is naked then Kevin must be pretty hot.He should take it as a compliment

We have been calling Mark an a-hole a lot but by far the biggest POS in this story is Chase that's inexcusable. I love that Sarah has offered to talk to Kayden if he needs it.I could see her influencing Kayden to do something that could lead to God knows what. When Mitch said "If I can't have her nobody can" then Trent said that was stupid well I think Trent would be the same way if someone tried to hook up with Kayden.Hmm you don't think Lucas.....nah.

Try this thought Appias is jealous of Lucinius intelligence maybe even intimidated.In Appias small mind he's afraid people might think Lucinius is better then him.Lucius seems to have the right attitude you know the saying talent skips a generation.

Celia explanation to Lucinius was very eloquent but the best way to describe Appias would have been "Your Father is a dumb a**" . Too bad Roman law allows for Appias actions to go unchecked.

What did I miss?I know Dads may favor one Son over another but I don't understand the degree of resentment Appias has toward Lucinius. And why would he object to his Sons hugging?

In the Prologue you had good reason to believe that the scrolls weren't authentic is there still a doubt about that? I'm pretty sure I know this but are the Senators we have modeled on these Senators?Appias ranting about the stupidity of this Senator or that Senator should be a clue. LOL

Well it's obvious what Kevin is about to do.I don't think Torry has these powers.My best guess is Torry and James are in cahoots and when Torry wants to show Kevin a free sample he calls James and he makes it happen.We know what Torry wants but what does James get out of this if this is the case?Oh and I guess Dexter would have to be in on it also.I may be 100% wrong but it's fun to speculate

You're killing me last chapter it was doughnuts and this chapter it's a big hamburger with perfect fries it's too early out where I'm at to get that yet. As the chapter was progressing my thought was with Gus being from Mexico(that's correct right?)In some parts of Mexico it's not unusual for same sex friends to kiss each other on the cheek as a greeting or to say goodbye it's more common with women but guys also do that there that's what I thought Gus was going to do but it was more.Very well done. I have an idea for Rick and Gus.Since Marta is very interested in mechanical stuff maybe Rick can come over and show her some stuff and of course Gus can show some interest also while Rick's there (wink.wink). While I'm looking forward to the next chapter the last two chapters was Heinrich and Rita free.So I'm sure we'll see one or both next chapter all good things must come to an end.

This just might be your best story.I know you'll have other great stories but you may not be able to top this one.I love how all the kids paid it forward in many different ways specially Carlos and Maria with Hacienda del Paz. I worked at a Park and Recreation center as a teen and into my early 20's .After I left the city had severe budget cuts as a result I would go back to volunteer to coach flag-football and basketball teams for elementary school kids.If a place like Sanctuary existed then I could see myself going there just to help.Especially if the foods good LOL.
