That was an interesting stop in Fiji. I’ve seen pictures and the water and beaches there look amazing. Sad they had a bad experience. -

What had Robert learned that broke him? That his first wife cheated on him? That drove him to suicide? Seems like it would have been more than that. Where was his father during all of this the controlling old man was always a pain. Did he leave a note? -
An excellent ending to book 1. Louis returning to France, his father’s message, learn from this, don’t dwell on it, is great advice. The King recognize our trio, and make them a family in an Earl house.

Brant really is taken with Sky. His emotions are running high. He has been thinking about this attraction for a while, and their first real sex was what will be the end of the film. It will be interesting to see how well he does being on the receiving end at the cabin.

Fenn accomplished his first solo mission. Albeit with a lot of trepidation, until he found the tonic in the Herald’s office. He should get a sample of that so Peter can make it for anyone who may deed a boost. Hopefully it really is not addictive.

Thokk is confused about who he is an possibly who he is to be with. We learn he has had a M/M sexual encounter, but it was not satisfying.

It seems like the ruins may have a clue to what killed the initial crew. 10,000 years is a long time, but maybe it was not just a planet wide war, it could have been another spacefaring race that attacked the planet…

Sam’s rape trauma has been hurting him for a while, an he felt like he couldn’t tell anyone about it until he opened up to Emory. All kinds of feelings happened in this chapter. Emory needs to tell Sam about Thanksgiving before they go any further, or Peter will say something and blow up their relationship. Kade had not been honest and may have just missed out on a relationship with Emory…

That was hot. They had agreed beforehand to actually having sex during the filming of that balcony scene. Brant expressed his feelings for Sky which seemed a revelation to himself about this same sex attraction. Here’s hoping it lasts longer than just this movie making.

Fenn gas a good mission to swap the potion for the antidote. Just don’t mix them up. I’m thinning they should give the potion to the Hearald and give him a taste of his own medicine, but he may be immune…

Darien is very caring towards his people and tired of watching them die. He has not told Wylan about his son. Lloyd is being his normal loud complaining self. I would get very tired of rain that lasted that long too. Is Ishan able to control weather?

Neil really seems interested in Alex, just has not given any clues about his intentions other than being a friend. And friends that help people move are keepers. Especially moving a piano, even an upright. Lila is a hoot. Will be interesting to see how the Opera goes. Is Alex going to be there? Could not quite tell or not from their conversation about that.

Another awesome chapter. As I was reading Sev’s conversation with Zareth I thought, this is too much information… fortunately the God Cian was aware and reached out to Ember. Hopefully they have enough time to get to the lake and start their work.

They are now officially boyfriends. The Doc Gremlin is hilarious. Getting to this earth like planet is interesting. The ship should have scanners to see if there are already lifeforms on it already. And if the prior crew planted a beacon. Hopefully it was not something on the planet that killed the crew, but the planet could be in some territory that is defended already…looking forward to what they find.

Neven has really changed. Ain pushed him to be with his boyfriend publicly, which was a huge step. Then Neven stepped in defending Fenn when Ain’s parents got angry.

Beautiful ending. The adventure that Striker has stirred in Ed is something. Part of that reminded me of things in Stargate, where the mythology was real. Meeting a living Sphinx and being bred must have been amazing. Now he wants more. And evading the archer at the same time. -
Garran and Thalion are awake now and dealing with Caleb and Sev’s love bond. The team of five is learning how they have to work together staying in physical contact with Bren. They are getting the complicated dance working. And don’t have much practice time left before they will have to use it in actual battle.

Great night, I had a feeling that after spending so much time with Farm Boy, he would be her husband. Rough seas on a cruise ship are not fun.

Ishan is torn between his family loyalty and his desire to know Wylan better. Rashid volunteered to take punishment meant for Ishan, and wanted the assassin to kill him because he was getting tired of being abused? I think he will get rid of Khalid too, while Ishan is away.
