Eleven-year-old Simon has a chance meeting, and spends time with an out couple. He is forced to deal with society's fears, and his own prejudice, on what Gay people are supposed to be like. This is pitted against the reality of Greg and Joey as a happy, and ordinary pair.

Against this backdrop he begins writing his first 'land novel' and conjures up a character named Pierre. This fictional young man faces many of the same pressures and difficulties as his creator. Unfortunately for both, reality comes crashing home in heartbreaking ways.

After the death of his mother, professional dancer and choreographer Louis loses his job and falls into a deep depression. When his partner, Hunter, proposes a change in scenery to help Louis heal from the loss, he reluctantly agrees to move to Hartford, Connecticut.

But soon after the move a serial killer dubbed “The Hartford Menace” starts targeting men throughout the city. Numb from his grief, Louis doesn’t pay the news too much attention. That is, until his sister Francesca points out a terrifying fact: all the victims bear an uncanny resemblance to him.

In the land of Etheria, there exists a scholarly organization called The Ministry of Solus Magus that only wants to preserve and research on magic. But the scholars and magistrates themselves also need a way to express what they feel. The Arcana Archives hold some of those that were locked away. This contains a random collection of such.
