When a second poem and sketch sets a recurring precedent, Elijah enlists the help of his friends as he becomes increasingly obsessed with finding whoever is leaving him these cryptic, artistic symbols of love.

It's Christmas Eve and Jack sits by his comatose best friend's hospital bed, he reflects on their years of friendship and prays for a miracle.
