Paul is a college football player and deeply in the closet until he stumbles upon a rape victim who needs his help. Kyle is out and proud but dealing with the aftermath of a brutal attack. They are both strongly attracted to each other but will a relationship be able to flourish in spite of the obstacles? Paul will have to come to terms with his sexuality and Kyle will have to get over his fear and depression, but together they might be strong enough to help each other heal.

His self-discovery goes beyond the sexual exploration of his oppressed kinks and fetishes. The trip becomes more than he can imagine as he becomes the man he was afraid to be, learning about himself through new friendships, chance encounters, experimentation, and even a potential relationship.

A runaway orphan boy loses himself in a primeval American forest and, on the brink of death, is saved by the animals living there. As he recovers he finds that the animals have saved him for a reason, a reason that makes his life worth living. It seems like a fable that might have taken place in Africa, or India, a hundred years ago, but although this boy was not raised by apes or wolves, his story in contemporary America is even stranger. Be warned, however, that although this tale has many joyous moments, there is sorrow here as well, sorrow for the boy, and for the many who came to love him.
