Bill W Posted December 26, 2016 Posted December 26, 2016 Man, we've lost another one. RIP George Michael. 3
Former Member Posted December 26, 2016 Posted December 26, 2016 Always an interesting and complicated guy, much more so than he appeared to be when he first burst onto the scene in Wham!
glitteryantlers Posted December 26, 2016 Posted December 26, 2016 R.I.P. I loved Last Christmas so much 3
Popular Post Sasha Distan Posted December 26, 2016 Popular Post Posted December 26, 2016 I loved that my dad hated that song. I used to put it on all the time at Christmas. 2016 still has teeth, and it's still got time to take people who have touched us. Damn. 7
Headstall Posted December 26, 2016 Posted December 26, 2016 I still remember when he went on American Idol as a seasoned professional, and gave a clinic on how to really sing. It was a real eye opener as to just how good he was... Love you, George Michael... Rest In Peace... 2
Lisa Posted December 28, 2016 Posted December 28, 2016 (edited) This was the very first song I heard Wham sing, and from then on I was in love.I used to play this song over and over and over. I was heartbroken to hear about George Michael. The world just lost another great talent way too early. RIP George. Edited December 28, 2016 by Lisa 3
Ashi Posted January 10, 2017 Posted January 10, 2017 I play Last Christmas every Christmas, and sometimes when it's not Christmas. RIP George Michael. 2
MrM Posted January 10, 2017 Author Posted January 10, 2017 I play Last Christmas every Christmas, and sometimes when it's not Christmas. RIP George Michael. His passing is totally killing me, Dude. It's like a door closed on my younger days. People I loved when I was a teenager are dying. It's just a really strange milestone. Ah well... I miss the chat room! 1
Lisa Posted January 10, 2017 Posted January 10, 2017 On one of the Sirius XM stations (Velvet maybe?), they're playing non-stop George Michael and Wham. So sad...it's so sad listening to him knowing he's gone. 1
