Right there with you, Kitt ... Country Style Donuts, their boston cream donuts and their coffee.. yes, anytime.  You can keep Tim Hortons.. though i do like their ice caps and if you can timbits when they are fresh.. yes.     I had a nice donut at work the other day... first one in over 2 years so i don't eat em often.  This was huge like 4 inches square.  and i eat the whole damn thing.  And then licked my fingers...LOL

Agree with you and @Kitt Tim Hortons coffee is not what it was. Once the widow sold the business, it was done. It's swill now and their tea is awful. 

Local places and small restaurants make the best coffee and donuts.. not that I eat them any longer.

life has been really crazy, i've not been happy about a lot of it, so i've been doing some work on me
i think i've found the sweet spot that works for me now so i'm trying to get back to the things that make me happy, like this place

molly pop,  Phil is right, of course. No apologizes are necessary. Life throws us curves and deep holes and we need to do what we need to in order to navigate them.  Your friends here love and accept you and want you to do what's best.

I made my plans about 10 years ago, the way I want it to be. Even paid for it. Only cost to my family will be for the booze at the after gather.

dropping by to say hello 👋

did some meal prep, (chopping vegetables for snacking & meals, cooked up some breakfast sausage & ground beef,) prepped my breakfasts, & got dinner in the crockpot for tonight. it feels good to be in this place again.

I'm glad you're back and I know others are as well. I learned about the importance of self care from you. Please don't forget to practice it for yourself. 

I've had a productive day too. Your energy must be contagious. 😁 

Hung a new ceiling light fixture in the back hall, stripped out the old caulk in the shower and got it re-caulked, ran laundry, and swept the floors.  

I will admit to hitting the easy button on dinner. Big Mac has been bouncing around in my brain all day long, so I did the McDonald's drive through. Sometimes you just have to give into your cravings.

my health issues are my main focus. 

will know on Wednesday if i have another surgery. the last surgery in June didn’t take care of my problem. 

had a CAT scan on Friday to see what is causing this issue. 

this has been a long time been dealing with this for 1 1/2 years. just wish it was over.

Thanks chris... it's just a little blanket made with some brightly coloured mini skeins.  It's just knitted. i have some other projects to get done.. times sneaking up on me..
