Busy morning. Was able to get reading for class done.

Now watching an almost 2y/o Toddler. Either I'm getting used to his Toddlerspeak, or he's getting clearer.

 

The weather has been crap all day.

What they eat. The stuff used as bedding is straw, what is left after wheat is harvested, and that has no nutritional value for horses.

At that age they can have a rapid development in speech. For instance when my youngest was that little , at the beginning of a two-month stretch he was getting evaluated for speech services by the county for a verbal deficit and at the end he was speaking in sentences.

I think it's a little of both. It's been rapid since Halloween.

Almost went up for the Pinstripe Bowl but decided to stay home since both brothers and the nieces and nephews are coming down this weekend. It was tempting though, I would have had a certain UES apartment to myself, the residents are spending the Holidays in Tokyo.

Too bad... but the brothers are all in one place so that’s nice. xo
