just wanted to stop in and say good afternoon. how are things with you? Tuesday was a tough day so went for a drive. Kentucky is a nice place to visit. I found a small park by the Greenup Dams and watch the barges go up and down the Ohio River. It’s only a hour away but this restful.

So how are things with you?

Work has not been cancelled.. though there are moments I am ready to pack it in.  I'm glad your are okay

Just came in from clearing twigs of varying sizes (many I had to snap to fit into the yard bag) and three smallish branches that I’ll need the hack saw to cut down to a reasonable size. I also swept out the well to the basement door (can’t believe how much debris and leaves get swept into it) so now I’ve got my feet up with a tall glass of cold water at the ready - yes, I am pooped.  

Your little adventure sounds lovely, rick. If it’s nice tomorrow, I think I’ll take a walk down to the lake and sit awhile.

we've been taking drives in the country too! it's been really wonderful, and green.
my day was OK, i feel like i got a lot done 
tried a new dinner, it was nasty, we've ordered sandwiches, lol!

molly the drives in the country are so relaxing. this time of year is always a welcome sight green grass - dogwood tree in bloom. so if you can get out please do it will do wonders.

just wanted to stop in and say good evening. Cold weather is paying us a visit with a Freeze Warning here in Ohio. So we had a couple of plants we need to cover up but we should be ok. In this part of Ohio we can get a freeze up until Mother’s Day. 

So how are things with you?

Almost 2" of rain last night, with some hail. Glad it's friday, but not ready for the day - older dog woke us up about an hour early to go potty and we didn't get up fast enough to open the door before he let loose in the middle of the living room.  For such a small dog he has a HUGE bladder.
