I had apple sauce sprinkled with cinnamon for dessert. The only way I would eat applesauce when I was a kid was if I doused it with cinnamon. I think there was more cinnamon than applesauce. 7
Popular Post Marty Posted August 7, 2020 Popular Post Posted August 7, 2020 (edited) For my week 17 19 out of 52 Black & White photo challenge this week I uploaded the photograph I shared with you a number of days back of the first lot of potatoes I harvested... Spoiler Week 17..... That means I'm almost one third of the way through this challenge. [EDIT] I just realised this was actually my week 19 contribution. I'll blame that mistake on the hot whiskey I had after dinner. Edited August 7, 2020 by Marty Stupidity 6 1

Not particularly hungry and have a nasty migraine. I would have to pass on the macadamia nuts, both mum and I are allergic. Edited August 7, 2020 by dughlas 5 1

Popular Post Marty Posted August 7, 2020 Popular Post Posted August 7, 2020 For afters this evening I had peppermint tea with a good dash of Irish whiskey added. I think I may have found a replacement for Irish coffee. (Maybe with not quite so much whiskey the next time... ) 1 6

I'm claustrophobic, so can't stand the idea of being shut in somewhere, especially with water. I like the idea of darkness and silence, though. Yep just like that. The lid doesn’t lock or click shut or anything like that and the tanks are actually quite big. The super concentrated salts make you very floaty and it’s not very deep, just enough so you don’t hit the bottom with your bottom. 4 3

The rooms have motion detectors for the lights so you could get in, leave the lid open and just float like that. The big difference would be the sound. It wouldn’t be as quiet. two tips for young players, do not get the salt in your eyes (there is a spray bottle of fresh water to help) and make sure you rinse your ears otherwise you end up with salt crystals in your ear canal - they make crinkly noises 3 1 2
