Actually, I'm extremely picky when it comes to potato salad.  I grew up eating home made potato salad, prepared by my Dad, and it was amazing.  Way better than stuff even at restaurants, etc.  My mom luckily can still make it, but when she goes that recipe might go with her.

I can barely cook anything, and I don't think any of my siblings who can cook have ever made it.
