Hence why you sound so much like someone from Texas. Though I suspect Clo was thinking of someone shorter.

I can’t tease Clo too much for her daydreams, I spent a good couple of hours thinking about tea :)

Speaking of tea... A few day ago I decide to tried a new cold infusion: lemon/ginger.

I usually get the hibiscus/cranberry/raspberry one, the hibiscus/pomegranate, elderflower/rose, lemon/camomile or the peach ice tea one that I let to infuse for hours or even the whole night in the fridge.

Let me tell you letting the lemon/ginger infused all night long was a very very bad idea... The thing was so spicy! I had the impression of drinking a pepper infusion! *Coughs* :pinch: yuk!

I'm not the biggest tea drinker, usually only in the colder months.  I actually prefer spearmint tea, it really soothes a sore throat, etc.

I sometimes drink camomile, and occasionally lemon, but not mixed with any thing that I can recall, outside of honey.

We had pan seared fresh shrimp over romaine lettuce with a tomato and vidalia onion dressing. Folloed by fresh strawberries over vanilla ice cream.

No pics because we ate it.

I usually drink regular tea also but when it get hot I like those cold "teas". My favorites are from Lipton, twining and éléphant. It's really flavored and with no sugar so it's the perfect alternative to sodas and juices
