There's a fresh strawberry pie in the fridge. Likely the last I'll make while we're in SC. We leave in 2 weeks for PA.

I buy my strawberries at a small local farm market that meets on Tuesdays. There is a vendor there that has the best berries locally.

Also, I make homemade graham cracker crust. It works best if made the day before I want to fill it with the fresh berries. Waiting lets it "cure" so it doesn't become soggy.
