Tonight was leftover baked salmon and white rice - nothing special - lemon, salt, pepper.

Been awhile since I read "Love on the Rocks" but I remember there being some tasty dishes being served. Still, don't knock leftovers. That's basically what our dinner was. Leftover crabcake with pan seared aspargus tossed in a chessy cream sauce with gemelli. Think crab mac-n-cheese.

Today's storms began about 5:30 and lasted until about noon. It's to rain/storm again later tonight into much of tomorrow. We could get 3+ inches before it's over. That would be a good thing. This part of SC is in a severe drought.

Yes, the Bishop of Alexandria, head of the Coptic Church. I would think they might appeal to you since they don't believe in purgatory. Nor do they believe in the infallibilty of the pope. Though I suspect that would hold less appeal for you since you believe you're never wrong.
