Me too, on the staying out of it.

Jason my dear healing is ugly, it is slow, it can seem like it is going backwards at times. Try to stay calm and supportive of yourself and see little improvements that weren't there yesterday.

No I don't know about liver because I'm an engineer and I hate biology except certain parts of the male anatomy...im more worried about your brain and your sanity though 😂 but you make it sound so easy with quitting..you know better than me that it's not that easy once you get sorta addicted, ask Jason 😁
