    Breathe Irri. Cole was right - if Peterson didn't freak out over Silas' appearance it would have been out of character. Unfortunately Wes seems to have interpreted the whole thing as time for Peterson to move on.

    I guess that makes me the middle ground! I agree with Carlos, that Rob is great just the way he is, but I also agree with Irri - that he occasionally needs a smack upside the head! My own brother is very much like Rob, saying the first thing that pops into his head in any situation, little to no respect for personal propriety, and there have been many MANY times I wanted to (and have) smacked him upside the head. He is also a wonderful caring man aho would move mountains if he could to help a friend. I would not change a single thing about him!

    Eric could always lock him in his room. Then Rob could be as much of a smart ass as he wants without irritating Irri!

    Costa carried Pol all these months. One has to wonder if Pol was the only consciousness transferred to the android. Could the paralysis have been caused by too much of himself being transferred as well, leaving behind only enough to blow the lab? Costa had obviously planned for this outcome. It is hard to believe that after everything he didn't have a plan to preserve himself as well.

    Good Lord Tim! It hasn't even been a full week! I told Sasha giving you two or more stories a week was going to spoil the readers!

    Rat him out to whom? The captain already knows, as does Priest. To blow their cover now would get himself locked up as well as his boyfriend. If he wants Costa out of Priests life, at this point helping him save Pol is his best bet!

    Right now Costa is so tied up in preserving Pol's being he can't even consider a real relationship except as needed to attain salvation for Pol. Once Pol is saved or lost maybe Costa can start putting his own life back together.

    I think the whole thing becomes a matter of perspective. As an outsider looking in, investing in oil and the like, with the intent of making a profit, is simply business. Granted the more anti-war factions would call it immoral, but for most it is just the way things work. JP has a strong conviction on such matters. To him things look differently than they would to me when it comes time to sit down with my financial adviser and go over how my investments are doing. To JP,having already been involved in Triton, maintaining that company and in the end making a profit due to the upcoming military actions is one thing. For his family members to disregard his opinions completely and invest as heavily as it appears Brad and Stef have must come across to JP as a failure on his part. He raised Brad, and met Stef when he was a 16 yr old rent boy. He had a hand in forming Stef's adult psyche as well. For them to be making decisions that are a polar opposite to what he purported as they were growing up has to feel like he failed as a parent. Please note, I have tried not to insert my personal views on the impending war, or pass any moral judgement on either side of this. I am simply stating I can see how the younger men would consider this a business opportunity they could not pass up, and how JP would see it as a betrayal and feel he had failed in raising them.

    Guess maybe I am more old fashioned than I care to admit. I have no problem with hand holding or KOTC with any couple, gay or straight, but I feel more intimate PDA's are not acceptable. Save the making out for the back seat, regardless of the pairings.

    Jimminy Cricket! Go to bed a little early one night and be two pages behind in the morning! It's about damn time Chad and Roy got their acts together! We all knew they wanted each other back around the second chapter! I am waiting to hear just what sort of trouble displaced kitten Timmy gets into while the boys are at work. Cats get into the darndest things!

    The bad and the ugly need to be handled politely however. Even if you want to condemn someones work as garbage, keep it confined to the work, and don't condemn the person!

    I know it sounds weird - but you should be proud of what you did. I have been the first on scene at many accidents, and several of the victims didn't make it home again, so I know what you were faced with that night. You did the best you could at the time and the boy did not die alone. Because of you, he had support and love at the end. No one can ask for more.

    What Val said! I couldn't imagine doing something like that when I was a teen and if I ever heard my daughter did it...
