    As much as we'd like to convince ourselves otherwise, love can't save everyone. Tarek did what he could and, while I don't think I could have let my partner go, I can understand his actions. He made the choice based on his love for Tommy.

    I've never seen the point of jealousy, since I know I can't control what happens anyway. So I'm not surprised Gray didn't feel bad about Wyatt dancing with Drew, if he's of the same disposition. It is not uncommon to confuse close friendship with romantic feelings, and question what you feel. They seem to have moved past that stage and getting more comfortable without the need for analysing the flirting. A nice place to be in.

    So much information that is actually misleading both the investigators and us readers... Getting to the heart of the matter seems difficult. People aren't who they appear to be.

    I think you are right. The dreams are a sign you are in fact healing. Your mind deems it safe for you to start the journey to reconcile what happened with your past life, because your memories will need to co-exist.

    Really happy for Galen. Even if he doesn't see their night as a success, I would say it is. He could feel desire, be sexual again. That should tell him it's a matter of time. Frustrating and upsetting, but he'll get to where he wants to be. As long as he trust Josh and they keep talking.

    So Simon and Landyn has a plan...? It sounds like a sensible one, but will Noel play along? Or will he get mixed up in something or with someone in Japan? And stubborn Diarmad isn't easy to manipulate. Book three will be most awaited!

    Diarmad had to live with his choices, even if they weren't entirely his own. A testiment of strong character, not to try and get Noel back. Kris and Noel deserved their happy life. What will the future hold? Where will Noel resurface? Maybe the epilogue will give a hint?

    Fall injuries. Far too many older people get too confident in their own ability and end up hurt or worse. Stubborn! I hope his mom isn't hurt too bad. They're up for an interesting conversation. I wonder if she'll admit to being an idiot? Not in those words, but in her acceptance of help? And will Geoff stand his ground if she won't acknowledge how things have changed? Next chapter will be interesting.

    Few rights are without boundaries. Interesting how you could include two and contrast them against each other. I know which I find more important, but that's from my viewpoint.

    As an old sci fi nut, I like stories of alien invasions and retaliation. It would've been interesting to learn more of the xenon, but this format is made for slices of life. Nice to see our heros enjoying life together with their kids after a job well done, though war is never pretty.

    At least, you are able to stare those thieves in the night straight in the eye. This means you can identify them and eventually deal with them. Or let them pass you by.

    A tricky balance to find, knowing when to stay in control and when to go with the flow. The illusion of total control is dangerous since you set yourself up to fail. But surrendering completely to the will of the world and that undercurrent means not even trying to steer, even though there are things we can control.

    A lot of hope riding on Fran. Such tiny shoulders to carry a burden like that. Not that she won't do her best, but they need to be careful not to push her. She's so young.

    I would be sad to see Danie being a weapon used against them. But Kohen's sense is to be trusted. Could it be he sees himself, a possible future if not for being rescued and it scares him? Danie's lacking behaviour could perhaps be due to his internal struggle to suppress any evil sub-routines? If he's busy keeping his dangerous side down, he may not be able to act as expected in the presence of a captain.

    Hindsight is a bitch. Trying not to beat yourself up is next to impossible. Then again, the world isn't yours to save. You can only do so much.

    I've never suffered of panic attacks, but I am a firm believer in the power of acknowledgement. To accept the feeling and let it be there. Not taking over, but merely existing. Of course, this is likely much harder when it comes to something as overpowering as a panic attack, but I think you are onto something helpful.
