I just finished reading the whole Bridgemont series, and I am loving it. It will be interesting to see George interactions in the northern courts, he does have a charm about him that might help the situation. (Maybe not a relationship as good as with Spain, unless he starts some fun with a Grace or Royal Highness as well ).
I am glad he repaired his relationship with Caroline, although her explanations were not very clear, I got the curiosity and the irritation on having to work always behind the scenes, but not exactly why she had to have sex with them or wanted to blackmail Cavendish. Anyway they are a good team.
I am also happy that he is on good terms with Calvert, I know some don't like him very much, but Calvert is probably the best of George lovers. The times they "lived" together on Intrepid and Bacchante were the ones George seemed happier and balanced.
