First things first... rugged men, ranches and stables... I’m in! Stonegate Stables is a fantastically written story built on relationships; love, family and friends. Sean is a former equestrian rider who ends up running Stonegate Stables after being injured. Sean and Vincent have been casual, while playing with a close knit group of friends. Priorities and dynamics change when TJ rides into town. This story is raw, gritty and downright honest. A story guaranteed to be read more than once.

Jabberwocky is the final book in Not the Sun trilogy. Cassie created a wonderful world full of intrigue and adventure. While Brandon and Jordan aren’t able to fulfill all they wanted in Charion... It is what it was fated to be. I don’t want to spoil anything, but this series is a must read. Romance ✅, Adventure ✅, Fantasy ✅, Mystery ✅, overall rock’n story.

Losing sight of helping your fellow man. A corrupt leadership valuing themselves over the people they lead... That seems like Deja vu!!! Master Jan became her own suicide bomber to wake up her government. A martyr for her people. Something tells me it’s not enough. It breaks my heart to see Veil repeat the same mistakes later. She seemed like an idealist who wanted better for her people. Yet, she became what she despised.

This chapter was so raw and real. Riley has total trust in Carter. He with little resistance is completely honest with him. The dynamics have changed in the family. They are a truly bonded family. Tak is the most adorable kid. The pride he shows in being Riley’s brother is heartwarming. Ace, I have read and loved every story. Riley and Carter are my favorite couple. The range of emotions and authenticity is astounding. Fully realized characters.

We deal with things and situations differently. There’s no right reaction. You could have been experiencing a moment of shock. It may take you time to process what you feel. -

That is such a hard thing. So many years, hurt, etc. go into that situation. He is not your birth mother, but I’m sure he would always remind you of her to some degree. The question is... Do you want some sort of relationship? Is it better for you emotionally to have one, or not? This one can only be answered by your heart J. 🤗 -
Hey Noah!! Welcome to GA. I’m jp. You might want to introduce yourself in the new member thread. Again, Welcome!! GA is a wonderful community to be a part of. For both authors and readers.

This was a great movie. A good script and like Myr said...true to the gritty and dark. CB doesn’t hurt either. I love the pompous dude. DC movies are a mixed bag. This one proves they can be done well.

A Phonecall From Jonathan

Well done. You don’t know what will happen if you’re not willing to take risks inn life... Don’t allow regrets and what if... -
This was a great story. I’d like to know what happens with Seth. A vampire keeping up on Buffy and Twilight is just too hilarious.

This was a well written chapter. It easily captured the anxiety of the situation. Riley shows no issues turning to Carter, or parents. It’s no longer weakness, but survival for him. The kids gave Riley an escape. Time not to overthink. He would be a good teacher. His life gives perspective and understanding. You see that in the way his little brother gravitates to him.

TC2 - Chapter 6: Friends in Low Places
FormerMember4 commented on Brayon's story chapter in TC2 - Chapter 6: Friends in Low Places
Good chapter A. Not sure if that road was right to choose so early. The pics were doctored. Also having money goes far legitimately. Let’s hope that doesn’t come back to bite Adam in the behind. Adam should be showing Rob that all people aren’t as low as his grandparents. -
Melissa deserved that slap and I don’t condone hitting a girl. If I was Kyle, I’d file a police report on his sister. Then let my prosecutor mother know I was suing my sister for harassment and slander. If we’re lucky... a grand piano will drop on her from the sky. Sick Heifer to do that to your own brother. Girl needs some shock therapy.

I just recently read this. A truly enjoyable story. -
I’ve been thinking of what to say, but feel like molly. It’s normal occurrence in our homes, but that act holds so many emotions. Beautiful tim. xo

Not sure how I feel about group. Voice not super strong. Guitar intro reminds me of Motley Crue... Looks That Kill!

I agree! It’s a level of decency. I would not wish for a rape survivor to stumble upon a violent rape scene, or so many other scenarios. GA is meant to supply enjoyment, not to traumatize.

In this continuation of Not the Sun; Brandon and Jordan find themselves at the in between and entering Charion. Have they arrived in time to save Leia? Questions are answered, even more are raised. Cassie continues expanding this fantastic world. Growing the readers connection to characters. All while leaving breadcrumbs throughout this Sci-Fi/Romance guilty pleasure.

I’m a huge fan of Cassie. I love her fresh ideas and style of writing. This series has so much to offer... Sci-Fi, Fantasy, Mystery and intrigue. Think Dune meets Labyrinth. Brandon and Jordan have a special connection. One that includes some special powers. Brandon is a creator, while Jordan is his enabler. They learn to harness their gifts while working through mysteries of Brandon’s best friends supposed suicide. What might they stumble upon? If that’s not enough... There’s a romance that won’t go ignored.

Well, I thought I’d update this. Starbucks has had some unflattering press when it comes to non-paying customers and right approach. They are now making official policy that all are welcome... even non-paying customers. A good choice. Most will come back to purchase. As a customer, it’s only fair to make accomodations for paying customers when shop is busy. Here’s a little on Starbucks stance. https://www.usnews.com/news/business/articles/2018-05-19/new-starbucks-policy-no-purchase-needed-to-sit-in-its-cafes

Happy Birthday Myr! The bar is open and serving!! 🍾🎉🎊

This was a fantastic chapter tim. The natural camaraderie between Finn and Sam is sweet. I’m enjoying the unfolding of the story. Sam and his salamander diet is a lil Fear Factorish, but all boys need their protein.

This is a fantastic article. I love dark themes, but I must be in that frame of mind. I need to trust author to have balance. Some are difficult, but I try to pull through. I found that @Parker Owens and @craftingmom do this very well. The first few chapters of A to Z were brutal, but Parker balanced and produced a wonderful story.

sports If, as expected, the Raiders move to Las Vegas…
FormerMember4 replied to Former Member's topic in The Lounge
I’m originally from NJ. I’ve been in Vegas since 2004. I’m a hockey nut. We were excited to get the Knights. They are having a great season. The team gives a lot to the city and supporters. Vegas wants football, but not the Raiders. All about the money... with no loyalty. The family has already threatened, stopped traffic with site. They will no doubt screw Vegas... it’s just a matter of when.
