This is the third book in The Barnstable Chronicles. While you don't necessarily have to read the first two stories to enjoy this one, I highly recommend that you at least read Book One, Stitcher as many of the people and events in that story are referenced here. If you haven't read the second book, Charlie Danner Finds His Way, you can read it at any time.

The Robert Charles Memorial Scholarships offer art majors at North Park College a full ride, partial board, a weekly stipend for miscellaneous expenses, and a room and studio in Charles House.
