A Short Story of a Vampire named Onyx

A collection of poems about experiencing (or longing to experience) new things. Is everything a choice? At what point do we decide it is a conscious decision? How do we tell the right from the wrong, when we could be just as confused as those we condemn? It is, of course, not everyday that we tell our brothers we love them. Under what obligation were we to love them anyway? This story follows the lives of two brothers, and how, in a confused moment, a catastrophe was born.

Other than giving his allegiance to Vini, god of grapes, wine and ale, distilled spirits, healthy bowels, prosperity, the Harvest, and boyoes who accept the love of another boyo, Spid Doop is your average fifteen-year-old Schtickist. He hates Normals with a well deserved passion, he gets in trouble with his Mamt and Pubi, and he dreams of the day when he can have his own habitat. However, there is one thing different about Spid, a Normal boyo wants him.

Two Chinese guys from different backgrounds, cultures, and perspectives meet. One is a 26 years old Southern Chinese born accountant from Cantonese based culture. The other is a 25 years old Northern Chinese born graduate student from a Mandarin culture.

Disinherited by their father, twins Roland and Robert are given to York Cathedral where they come to rely on each other for emotional support. The twins are two sides of the same coin and cannot imagine how they could survive life without the other; but both of their lives change when Roland meets and falls in love with Wulfric, another novice monk. This is a story of love, jealousy and brotherhood interwoven with the downfall of Richard II and a rebellion against Henry IV.
