What Happened:

After the Cage was unlocked, Michael, in his human vessel of Adam Milligan, left the deepest level of Hell to return to Earth. Dean left him behind and saved only Sam, so he doesn’t want to confront them and acknowledge their rejection of him.

Matt starts to question his own sexuality, and he begins to realize he is gay. His life starts to spiral out of control, leading to many unexpected twists and turns.

As nick faces the end of his life, he has to find a way to get rid of the clingy Filipino boy that won't leave him alone. One last cruel act and then he can die in peace.
