Cory read tons about coming out, that one friend who's "more", and those stupid "He's straight, but can I turn him gay?" posts. His life was about as cliche as they came, but sometimes romance stories had to be true... right? Or they were all false advertising. All he had to do was risk telling Elliot he was gay and how he felt about him. Bam! Love!

Two teenagers, lifelong buddies, in college just outside of Bible Belt Southern USA could totally end up both gay, in love, and just not say anything to each other for two years of being roommates. Sure....

Devon fled Wyoming as soon as he turned eighteen, leaving behind his high school love, Levi. After six years, Devon returns to his hometown. Not much has changed, except that Levi is no longer in the closet. He’s also single and living his dream—managing the local wild horse population. Both of them are interested in picking up where they left off, but Devon is no more ready to reveal his orientation than he was as a teenager. No one is going to shove Levi back in the closet—not even Devon. For a relationship to work, they’ll have to put the past behind them and find the courage to face the future as who they really are—a couple in love.

A story of friendship, love and compassion between two friends and their significant others

Outted at thirteen, Orin left home after high school hoping to escape the hell his life had become. When a tornado destroys his childhood home and kills his parents, Orin finds himself in an entirely new nightmare. He returns home and confronts his past in the person of his one-time best friend, Thomas. Thomas not only rejected him when Orin came out, he led the group that tormented Orin into leaving. Struggling with his grief, Orin also labors to fulfill the pledge he made to his parents before their death. In the process, Orin learns that sometimes when you go away to find yourself, you leave the answers you're looking for behind.

This is an introduction to Unison Island, including how it started and how it is governed. This was prompted by the reviews I have received on my other stories. Some facts have of course been left out if they impact on current or future stories - Sorry but you'll have to wait for all the answers.

Two young men become casual acquaintances at a grocery store when Tyler bags Sean’s groceries and loads them in his car. Then Tyler quits his job.

The story begins during an unexpected meeting in the college library a year or so later. Sean is a third-year engineering student and Tyler a first-year business major. Tyler’s problem: he’s in a hopeless quandary over his required calculus course. Sean, being a third semester calculus student, offers to help him. Tyler accepts, and under Sean’s tutelage begins to understand what he can’t seem to fathom in the classroom. He also learns something about Sean’s hidden side.

This is my second story. It is mostly nonfiction with a little fiction mixed in. It is based on an real-life experience of a close friend that I thought would make for a good short story. He provided the skeleton and I filled in the dialogue with his approval. I hope you enjoy reading it as much as I enjoyed hearing it recounted to me.
