I would like to feel I have learned a few things in the last year. So, I may edit some as I repost it. Writing has changed me or I have changed my writing.

Adam and Kaleo meet on the Pacific island of Poa, where they came for entirely different reasons. Adam is a tourist, looking to escape his stressful life for a few weeks. Kaleo returns to the island to spend his last days in the place where he was born. The lives of these two men become connected as they learn about each other and the ancient magic present on the island.

Damon Abercrombie is an empath having the ability to feel and relieve the pain of others. He works to use his abilities to help those he can until one night the person he loves the most is brutally attacked. Damon's pain and rage drive him to use his powers in a way that may save his love and destroy himself.
