This is a story about my growing up,becoming myself and the fellow gay guys I meet along the journey of life in a windy and unkind society towards gay people.

1n 1972 a 13 year old boy develops an obsession with Olympic swimmer Mark Spitz and confronts some uncomfortable truths about himself.

In 2006 my family went to California for a vacation. We had a lot of fun, and I got to see a lot of family, many of whom I hadn't seen since 1999. During the course of this visit, I made a lot of observations and relived a lot of memories, good and bad.

Autobiographical in nature, some chapters told through an attempt at a chiasmus. My thoughts and feelings on life, based upon my own experience.

Reading chapters in order is unnecessary.

This is going to be where i am going to publish the writing exercizes that i have discovered and been directed to by members and through the Writing Prompts Forum. Enjoy reading my small little tales. I am going to attempt at least four exercises a week for your enjoyment.

These are my poems, I write them to challenge myself, explore new styles, but most of all to continue to enjoy the written word. So, these poems are about my explorations, and my experiences with life, explained in poetry. Hope you like it :D
