NaPoWriMo - 2017 - 19. April 19 : Manners

Prompt : Manners
Write a poem made up of suggestions (real or absurd) for appropriate manners or behavior in specific situations. You might talk about being taught manners. Or you might simply entitle your poem “Manners” and go somewhere unexpected.

Manners has been great effort of the Day. I don't want to forget my manners and wrote the poem for the prompts. Four D's has been actually emerged from the silly jokes and lots of laughing between my sister and me. Hope you'll enjoy reading them both.

Manners

Manners
Can be taught easily
Can be learn with great interest
And can be perform when acute

Manners
Divoted by some
Awaited by many
And beheld by all

Manners
Source of wisdom
Cluster of colours
And reflexion of demeanours

Four D's

Daisy, dozy, drowsy day
Lossy, lazy, lousy way
Cranky, clumsy, crazy play
Natty, nutty, naughty sway

:thankyou: to Val for helping me by providing me the prompts. :thankyou: to all for reading, liking, and reviewing. All mistakes are undoubtedly mine.

*rummaging around for my "Knigge"* all the talk of manners, makes me feeling the need to read Baron Knigge`s good advice again. ;)

The funny poem made me laugh. Well done!

Manners reminds me of something I heard quoted from George Washington. He said good manners are just the way to make other people feel at ease.

Thanks for posting these :)

These are great, Emi! I am struggling with manners, still. But your Four D's is wonderful and memorable...

Manners always make a man struggle. That's why we have to be apt to adopt them.  Four D's have been the real fun happened to me on that day. I was going through all those things I have mentioned in the poem. Glad this day was better than the previous day. Thanks for taking your time to read and review my poem...
