We watched the show, 3 body problem. It was good. Some sci-fi can be too much. I'll have a look for these books.

Ohhhhh i forgot.... What have you been reading lately? I've been reading Demon King by Eric Henry Vick (an excellent writer who is very much like Stephen King. This is the first in a series). Also, I've been reading the Cork O'Connor series by William Kent Krueger (the first book is Iron Lake and takes place in the Minnesota wilderness. I've just started the second book, Boundry Waters, which promises to be as good as the first.) and Charles Martin, Chasing Fireflies and Thunder and Rain. Super the both of them... i'll be adding more to my library. Oh and My Effing Life by Geddy Lee (lots about him growing up in Toronto.. it's great).

Riveting. This story has everything you can ask for love, morality, adventure, twists and turns, and a good ending. Jamie finds a new loving partner, several surprises, and characters who teach and challenge him. Read this, and you'll be cheering Jamie on and perhaps asking yourself the same hard questions Jamie finds he needs to answer. Don't miss this story. I hope we'll hear a lot more from this author.

Damn it. Are editors supposed to be sad when a story is finished? I'm not sad; I'm very happy for you and your successful story. When you first told me what this was, a sort of police procedural mystery, I had doubts. That all changed when I started reading. Congratulations. Encore.

Thank you, Parker. I'm sure you could deal with both of them superbly. Thank you for reading them and your comments.

The red is odd, but no worries. That's great about the clock. We had one; it was noisy, but there was comfort in the deep tic-tock and its chimes. Thanks for reading these and for your comments. I hope you get your tablet sorted out. 💖

Didn't God give humanity free will? Why should he make it better? We are reaping what we've sown. I like your idea about being the angels we need. Thanks for your excellent and thoughtful comments.

I'm glad you've found that. I agree with you. There is a guy on YouTube who is an ex-rodeo rider turned preacher. He gentles horses while talking about love and Jesus. I am still trying to determine if I believe, but I like him very much and his message. Here's a link if you're interested.
