  1. haha, you're very sweet...we're really an ensemble cast!
  2. Oh, i never expect silence from you... you be a loud, funny man. i just liked my name first. LOL. And i am now going to bed. i think it is Saturday so yeah, time for bed.
  3. Time is your best friend as a writer. Write it and don't look back unless you realize you need to foreshadow something or something similar. Don't keep rereading and rereading. If you have time, the longer you can leave those chapters alone, the better off you'll be. Time gives your brain time to 'forget' and you can look at your story with fresh eyes. I leave my work for at least a month before going back to it. Hope that helps.
  4. Had fun using the Smart Finish feature on the air fryer. Kinda neat to put stuff in both baskets that need to finish at the same time but cook at diff temps and times. I did fish in one and sweet potato fries in the other. Very neat how that worked.
  5. Maybe, The tim and Wayne Show.. i think i like this better.
  6. Hmm, The Wayne and tim show? i think i'd likely just be hiding in the corner due Wayne's bigger personality.
  7. I had some lag but it sorted itself out eventually.
  8. You broke it, Wayne.
  9. It took us about a year to use it. It changes in the freezer, but it's nice and mild and has the texture of butter after it's been out for a few minutes.
  10. yeah, i'm pretty good at freezing stuff... i made baked beans yesterday, along with eggplant lasagna, meat sauce for said lasagna and apple brownies (these are VERY popular around here) and the baked beans were packaged up and frozen. i will make and freeze some stuffed peppers when the peppers are in season, i freeze onions, celery, chopped peppers and i keep ginger root, garlic and nuts in the freezer so i have things on hand when cooking. We won't necessarily use up the whole bag of onions when they are fresh, so freezing works. And when i ordered one bulb of garlic from the delivery place, and they send me a kilo of garlic bulbs, i froze them too. lol It's nice here today.. i have an appointment soon with the shrink, groceries and then dog walking. Have a good day everyone. “No one has ever become poor by giving.” —Anne Frank (1929-1945) diarist
  11. haha that didn't help ..lol i think i wont be canning anything. lol
  12. Oh, that sounds nice. My mom used to make pickled peaches, they were so nice. I've never tried making things like that. Canning things (note the word THING here) freaks me out. i think i'm going to poison someone. I have made jam, but not for a long time. I used to help Mom make jam and marmalade, and she made the peaches and dill pickles etc. But homemade ketchup sounds very nice .. @Kitt and @Wayne Gray
  13. Early days but i feel pretty good today. i'm only gonna worry about today, it's all i can sort of control.
