I see an apple. Then a tree. Then apple pie. Then I get hungry. Then my brain goes off in several directions. The older I get, the more scattered things seem to be, but I've also been doing some research and it's very common. Its called menopausal brain fog and typically will get better once your body adjusts to it's new hormonal norm. i read it didn't have a name until 2015. i was reminded about this yesterday at the doc's, and again this morning when my Serenity app said to visualize clouds and see them moving across the sky.
