Anniversary Week - Weekly Update!

Did everyone enjoy Anniversary Week?   We started the week with a review by Cia of Hosted Author Myr's Terran Confederation - Jeremiah. See, not only does he bring us all this fantastic website for the past ten years, he writes too!   For our Toss Up Tuesday, we then continued with an interview with Myr!   Wednesday, we had a bit of a change up and instead of our usual reviews, we had some thoughts from one of the other original GayAuthors.org authors - Comicality. It was a great read to

I hope everybody had a great weekend. I can't believe it's Sunday already, which means it's time to look over the week and recap what was posted in the GA News Blog as well as what our promoted authors were up to. Before I get to that, I'd appreciate it if everyone would take just a minute to answer the poll questions. Also, don't forget tomorrow is the discussion day for the CSR book club!   For our Featured Story, Timothy M. provided us with a review of JWolf's story "The English Year".

We started this first week of July with andy021278's review of Kombat Kids by Hosted Author Ghost Ryder. If you're like me, you'll find andy really has a good way of giving a good flavour of the story without giving too much away, and letting you know how he feels the author did with plot and other elements.   We then were treated to another Myr write up, this time on the Tag system of the new forum software.   Our Author's Showcase gave us reviews of two of Promising Author Wrathofmagneto's

Yes, it is December already!  Only 19 more sleeps until 🎅 comes to see all the good boys and gurls at GA  If he is still alive   I'm going to be short and sweet, I have a killer headache and body aches. Note to anyone out there that if you have a prosthetic leg and you and not wearing said leg, and stand up and turn around to put your residual limb (stump) on your wheelchair, ensure wheelchair hasn't moved 4 feet away I saw my fall in slow motion, not as graceful as Keanu in the Matrix tho

The weekend is almost over - but at least NEXT weekend will be a three-day one for many of us in the states.   We've had a busy week with a ton of great feedback. For our "Tuesday tip", we did something different and had a poll as well as requests for open comments about this news blog. If you haven't chimed in, or if you have something new you want to add - please go and either post there or as a comment here.   One of the suggestions has even been implemented already. This is my last chance to play with the GayAuthors News Blog before Renee comes back and takes over again - so, let's make it good.
