I am handicap and can skate.

 

Not that I skate very well, but still, I understand why they have them. Besides, what if you have a birthday party there and a kid cant skate because he's handicap, but can atleast go to have fun.

 

As for the observation..... We drive on a parkway and park in a driveway.
