I have lived under four different presidents. I lived through the very last days of George HW Bush, Clinton, George W. Bush, and now Barack Obama. Not a very all-star cast. :P And everyone from other countries, you can count your heads of state and how many you have lived under too. :)

Note: By the way, please don't turn this into a political debate. I thought it would be fun to compare how many different ones people have lived under. Thats why I DID NOT post it in the Soapbox. Thanks.

How did you see live speeches from Kennedy if he's the first President you lived under? You'd have been less than two years old. You remember Presidential speeches from that age?

...........Hell, I remember JFK's inaugural speech and I was about 8 years old! My dad (very proud Irish) had the news on all the time! BTW, I was around during Eisenhower also.

5 based on either US presidents or Philippine presidents but you can add 2 if you count the Canadian Prime Ministers. So that would be..

US: Reagan, Bush Sr., Clinton, Baby Bush, Obama

Philippines: C. Aquino, F.Ramos, J. Estrada, G. Macapagal-Arroyo, B. Aquino

+ 2 Canadian PMs: Paul Martin and Stephen Harper

5 ... I was born a few weeks after Reagan took office. I remember "voting" in the second grade and watching the elections on TV when the first Bush was elected. I remember actually "debating" with my parents when Clinton was elected (I was 12 and passionate). I remember the excitement of going to the polls to vote in my first presidential election in 2000 and the crushing disappointment when Bush was elected. And the utter defeat when he was re-elected in 2004. I won't soon forget the fervor surrounding Obama's campaign, either. I am proud to say I helped elect the first black American president. In the future I hope to see the first woman (preferably NOT Palin).

Hmmm. I guess "live" was a misnomer. I saw B&W FILM or kinescope on B&W TV of him making speeches prolly within a couple days of him giving them. :)

I was born in '86 so I live under Reagan for 3 years... but I don't remember anything of him. I can remember Bush Sr only because I remember the ultimatum he gave to Sadam and when you're young and your dad's in the military and you see you're mom crying it kinda sticks with ya (Dad was in Saudi Arabia at the time).

I was born when Reagan was president, just a several days before Gorbachev became leader of the Soviet Union.

USA - five presidents: Ronald Reagan (1981-1989), George W. Bush Sr. (1989-1993), Bill Clinton (1993-2001), George W. Bush Jr. (2001-2009), and now Barack Obama (2009-present).

Pennsylvania - five governors: Dick Thornburgh (1979-1987), Robert Casey (1987-1995), Tom Ridge (1995-2001), Mark Schweiker (2001-2003), and Ed Rendall (2003-present).

Canada - two prime ministers: Paul Martin (2003-2006), and Stephen Harper (2006-present).

Quebec - one premier: Jean Charest (2003-present).

Canada take two - one monarch: Elizabeth II (1952-present). :P

I was born in November, 1989 so I've lived under these four presidents: George H.W. Bush, Bill Clinton, George W. Bush, and Barack Obama. My 18th birthday was in 2007 so I was able to vote in the 2008 presidential election.

I was born in 1985 so I lived under

Ronald Reagan (1981-1989)

George H.W. Bush (1989-1993)

Bill Clinton (1993-2001)

George W. Bush (2001-2009)

Barrack Obama (2009-current)

That makes five so far!

My first presidential election was 2004. I voted for John Kerry, and my coach teased me mercilessly about it.
