Popular Post Mikiesboy Posted November 22, 2018 Author Popular Post Posted November 22, 2018 (edited) Today's word is very apt: cornucopia noun | kor-nuh-KOH-pee-uh Definition 1 : a curved, hollow goat's horn or similarly shaped receptacle (such as a horn-shaped basket) that is overflowing especially with fruit and vegetables (such as gourds, ears of corn, apples, and grapes) and that is used as a decorative motif emblematic of abundance 2 : an inexhaustible store : abundance 3 : a receptacle shaped like a horn or cone aka 'a horn of plenty' Cornucopia comes from Latin cornu copiae, which translates literally as "horn of plenty." A traditional staple of feasts, the cornucopia is believed to represent the horn of a goat from Greek mythology. According to legend, it was from this horn that the god Zeus was fed as an infant. Later, the horn was filled with flowers and fruits, and given as a present to Zeus. The filled horn (or a receptacle resembling it) has long served as a traditional symbol in art and decoration to suggest a store of abundance. The word first appeared in English in the early 16th century; a century later, it developed the figurative sense of an overflowing supply. Edited November 22, 2018 by Mikiesboy 1 6
Popular Post Kitt Posted November 22, 2018 Popular Post Posted November 22, 2018 Good morning all. I would like to give thanks for the love and support each and every one of us shows to each other. We have become a family of sorts. May you all have a wonderful day, whether you are celebrating Thanksgiving or not. 8 hours ago, Thorn Wilde said: Hi. Can I hang out in here sometimes? Most assuredly! Welcome to the family. You should know, however, that some of the family live a D/s lifestyle. No one expects you to adopt the life, but please do be respectful of those who have mlm made that choice. I dont know if tim transferred the sign to the new room, but if you look at page one of the original center, there is a short description of sorts. Every one here is open and honest. If you have questions, ask. And not just about D/s, that holds for everything. 1 6
Kitt Posted November 22, 2018 Posted November 22, 2018 Ok, that's more than I have said here in a month! I'll be quiet now! 5

My partner and I have been experimenting with some play, and it's something I've been wanting to explore more as well, as a submissive. So I feel like maybe I can learn something. 6
Brayon Posted November 22, 2018 Posted November 22, 2018 miss molly posted an excellent blog today. If you need me, I may be around. Most likely in a food coma someplace. 3 1
Kitt Posted November 22, 2018 Posted November 22, 2018 The three D/s couples here will answer pretty much any honest question. Mac and Mike are both wonderful guys, and the subs here all all are fantastic friends. I don't know molly's hubby personally, but based on what she says about him he is pretty good too! 1 4

Thanksgiving should be a daily thing IMO, not a once a year overindulgence. That is not to say I will not be in a turkey coma later today, but... 3 1

I'm skipping breakfast because I have two Thanksgiving dinners I'm going to. The first is with my Mom at 11:00 at the Rehab Center. The second here at home sometime between 5:00 pm and 7:00 pm. We bought a 27lbs. turkey for the home dinner. And we'll be having 15 to 20 people here. 3 2
