See you on the flip side. I'm doing this quick in case the format goes down again. I've been writing pretty much non stop and feel I'm getting close to the end of a second new story. Over 12,000 words so far... wish me luck. I think my concentration is improving. I don't even care fi this turns out not to be one of my better stories... it's the fact I'm writing that makes me happy. That’s awesome Gary, I can totally relate, and I know that bit of thrill that comes with being in the zone and just getting those ideas on the page. 1 5

I finished my first draft! 14000+ words and it's pretty rough right now, but I think there's a chance I can get it in shape for the Anthology. If not, I will post it separate. That's two stories and two poems I've written in the last week! I'm back, baby! 8

clochette Posted August 15, 2022 Posted August 15, 2022 Spent a few hours puttering around in the vegetable garden. I hadn't felt very motivated about it lately but it felt really good. With the extreme heat the last few days the tomato plants are pretty much fried. I've let them for the moment, for the last fruits to mature even though I don't have much hope. The zucchini suffered a lot too, fruits roting prematurely but someone told me there's still hope as long as there's still leaves and flowers so 🤞 I've taken off the green beans plants and replanted the new ones. Hopefully they'll gift us with more veggies until mid September to early October is the weather is good. And I've got sweet potatoes! They are far from being ready to be harvested but curiosity got the better of me and I've spent like 45 minutes scratching the ground ground see that red skin 1 4

Popular Post clochette Posted August 15, 2022 Popular Post Posted August 15, 2022 (edited) In other news my uncle saw his sister (mom's siblings) and she said she's feeling exclude from the family since my mom passed away well no shit Sherlock! But she's still not questioning herself, her actions and words. Oh and they talked about the great-aunt and my aunt is convinced the great-aunt aunt is hiding things from her well great-aunt has all her head, so she says whatever she wants to whoever she wants. I have no parts in that. Yes I've talked to great-aunt about building a case for help for handicapped people (having Parkinson and being 75 she's right to) to get a parking card and a cleaning service. But even that is not her business, great-aunt will tell her, or not, it's not a secret but not something she absolutly needs to know about. Grrr anyways clearly I'm not about to get close to her again and being in the garden helped get all that frustration out of my system. Today was a holiday here. I hope you all had a nice day Edited August 15, 2022 by clochette 2 2 2

Plus, no I have no issues with animals being furry. My herd is a totally different subject Smart move - stay away from diseased animals As for your herd, I think you like to catch them with a beard and then shave it off 6
