Well, in 7th, 8th and 9th grades gymnastics was part of our PE curriculum. I despised the apparatus but floor exercise was okay.

Oh I can do the thing where you start standing and throw your arms on the ground and end up with your legs up in the air (don't know what's called), I can also to it while standing on a beam, I can also do splits (front and sides).

PS for Spikey: I know you'll be disappointed but those are real acrobatics not sexual positions
