Interestingly enough, I didn't read what day it was, and I had bacon for breakfast; bacon, eggs, and hash browns. And I'm tempting the idea of making bacon wrapped asparagus tonight on the bbq.

 I heard on Regis and Kelly (oops, Ryan and Kelly  ) that they recommend 5-7 glasses of red wind a day to achieve a 50% reduction of dying of stroke or heart disease 😮  

That would explain the reason Val is Val most days
