I have been enjoying a French Earl Grey in the evenings but sticking to cooler drinks during the day. 

After a big breakfast I didn’t really feel like much for lunch so I just finished off some homemade hummus and pita bread. A nice and relaxed holiday kind of lunch.

Page, how is life after your holiday? I might need to start planning my next trip when I get back home.

I wouldn’t mind returning to the Sydney Seafood School - a posh lecture theatre to see expert chefs cook up different dishes, then you go into the kitchen to make them and then into a dining room to eat the creations. 

We do seem a bit obsessed about food

I'd love to go on another whale watching tour. Maybe visit Dahlia Bakery in Seattle again. I'd go back in the Fall, for the autumn colors. Mt. Rainier National Park and Spokane (a city on the eastern side of the state) are two places we didn't get to see on our fist trip.

I was thinking of quitting my part-time job to become a food blogger. Develop some recipes, maybe share a few anecdotes about my time working in the kitchen at the restaurant.

I just found another spider in my bedroom. That's two spiders spotted in my room in less than a week! What's going on???
