An utterly intense couple of hours. I hope they get off the boat asap, 1 because it ain’t safe out there with a loony “pastor”, and, 2 more importantly for me, I hate boats, can be seasick in a harbour, how I cope with Northern Exposure is a miracle! Get them back on shore, please mr Dodger. ps returning the so-called pastor is optional. 🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗 -
Yes, I’m an addict of your stories. And yes I was in that hotel. My mother was with me and ill, so I “just had to” wander around, and fall in love with the town. And then I discovered Parsifal and made the connection. thanks for such great, evocative tales. 🤗

When someone writes this well, as you imply, it doesn’t matter. The author drives me mad at times as I think I’ve worked out how they tick and then Mrs M throws something into the mix to keep me guessing. As you say, Jay is pretty smart - and determined, single-minded etc etc. oh for more, if Mrs m is listening……. 🤗

Not sure how I missed this but it’s a great father reconnecting with son story with twists and turns on the way. the whole series of Tampa books is great. Easily 5*****

A memory to share with you, Aditus about the word gossamer: a late Chief Rabbi said in a group session that I was fortunate to attend; “ Civilisation is passed on through the gossamer thread of memory.” For over 30 yrs that phrase has inspired me as a teacher. regards Gary L

Hi! Turkey as a joint is found only at Christmas in the more expensive supermarkets. But turkey fillets, legs etc are available all year round. My Spanish partner doesn’t like it so I can’t have it even at Xmas 😢

Exactly. I’m so cross with this guy. I’ve read stories here with atrocious grammar but so what, I’ve never had the guts to publish so I respect them and would never make a public comment. I’m really upset about this as I’ve just read another supercilious comment attacking a new story.

Hi guys. I read this and really enjoyed it. Sadly, there is a really critical comment in the general story section. Really, there are so many errors it wasn’t possible to continue??? The grammar, especially the conversations are perfectly written. please support this author ✍️ Forgive me, but I hate this kind of criticism. Mr Aquarius keep it coming!!!

Sadly, JJ that is so common. You can think parents and others will take this “thing” in their stride, as they should, but this fear is still, in 2022, so deep-rooted in even so-called liberal societies. The battle ain’t over….
