Is the earth part of the Mara too? It could have caused the storm. Sad that so many animals had to die. Although back earlier Zhiv said that some would die for their cause. Hopefully David’s parents are ok. Pete will be busy with cleanup and probably looking for missing people.

Great ending. It does seem like time sped up there at the end, jumping from Ash & Cove’s wedding reception to putting together a baby bed for Ashley’s baby.

I had to go double check the story status, as this looked like it might be the end. I really like the characters, and this chapter with the corrections to the misconceptions was handled well. The panic of a parent when their child goes missing is so heart wrenching. Fortunately it was all ok.

At least they got some release of the sexual tension. Finn is an ass. Aunt May needs to get to a doctor soon.

What a great ending to a lovely story. So glad that they waited until they were really ready.

So it was probably the Homeland Security people in the helicopter. The video shoot went well. Now to edit and get it out. And hopefully keep Zhiv safe.

Sammy is fully aware of what he wants and is asking Ritter to grow up and admit what he wants to himself.

That was a really mature way for all 3 boys to deal with the situation. Daniel and Joseph being in a committed relationship seems really important to them, and even though Sam wanted sex, they wanted a loving relationship.

The helicopter was a surprise, wonder if whoever it was informed the local police the we’re going to be doing that? Military or Park service, or possibly news crew? The boys are all getting along well. Hopefully they will all end up in the same home. There is a lot of foreshadowing about what could happen to Zhiv.

Sawyer is definitely not a morning guy. And his joy at sharing his find of the top of the secret passage was awesome. There banter will eventually lead to more than innuendo 😊 Aunt May is not well but too stubborn to do something about it, an it seem this small town only has one doctor. Hopefully the boys find a solution to help her. I ant to know more about the secret passage. They did not get to finish their exploration.

I almost didn’t believe it was over until others commented about the end. I’ve really enjoyed this world you created. Definitely the possibilities for other stories. Especially about Bouncer. He really saved his friend from the Kardoval. There is sentience there, just not apparently verbal communication.

I love the introduction of Joe. Someone who had been I’ve with Dan, but had moved away. Then was able to get back to his love.

It was good for Cove to take Ash away and talk, but is seems hash to take away his birthday present.

Jude definitely has some karma coming. Abusing Nicky like that is inexcusable. Zhiv has agreed to an interview, and the idea that Hector has of seeing him interact with the animals is really good. The idea of the military getting involved is really scary. It seems like the main are all on the same page and communicating with each other. Hopefully they can communicate with the rest of the world and people will listen. But that seems like a very long shot, people have been working in their own interests for so long, abusing animals and the planet for their own gain. Maybe in this story there will be some good coming into play. People don’t need to eat animals, but it’s so ingrained in our culture, for millennia, that maybe the animals communicating with each other about this will be what it takes to make the difference.

Glad they got to the point of agreeing to quit fighting their feelings for each other. Bruce is literally bigger than life, and seemingly a good friend. Keep the chapters coming.

A great find in the search for stolen assets, and a fin day at the lake… it seemed like Randy may have been coming on to Trever, but they kept it all bro like. Something’s up with the little brother. Fun chapter.

How did the young man know about the croissants?

David is now out to his parents with both his boyfriend and the Mara. That’s a big step. And River named him and is his sidekick. Another day of connecting with River in the Mara, and then possibly them meeting with Zhiv. Hopefully Hector and Celia will help protect the boys too. River may also come into a lot of pain being on the pig farm, and have to escape there, or possibly free the pigs?

An old Victorian house with a secret passage on the first floor? Dues it lead to secret rooms? A basement with treasures? Time will tell😏

The teacher is feeling guilty about what happened and trying to make amends, she was there with him when it happened and was actually the only one supporting him at the time. The trial was a complete farce, and she was unstable at the time to be able to help his defense. Perhaps the book is part of the reason he is out now?

The boys are all getting closer. Jude’s attitude is worrisome though. Zhiv’s idea of sitting in the Mara with River for David to asses him is a good one. Looking forward to seeing what happens at dinner when Hector and Celia find that David is Pete’s son, who they saw playing on the mountain earlier in the day…

Great story of a man wanting to raise children and gettin to in a most extraordinary way, and being a loving and caring parent with all of the trials and tribulations that accompany that. Well done.

Fun chapter, and a great way of dealing with bigoted bully!

This is an interesting story about dealing with the loss of a loved one. The character development is good, getting to see different parts of them. Looking forward to where you take this.
